SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 7-10 business days for shipping.
All orders are shipped via USPS.
Out of the country shipping is subject to an extra fee.
If your package arrives damaged, contact The Total Woman Experience via email to receive more information on the damaged property returns.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are unhappy with the product received, contact The Total Woman Experience immediately.
Returns and Exchanges are allowed up to 30 days after purchase.
Each customer will be provided with a return label at no cost. Before you can exchange a product, we must have the product returned to the return address provided on the label.
Please allow 10-14 business days to complete an exchange.
For returns, once the item has been received all funds, including shipping cost will be returned in the same form of payment used to complete the initial purchase.
